He was extremely patient with us when he came out to the office as we hadn't decided on exactly what we needed. He helped us design a wonderful office configuration & assisted with picking the correct pieces. The prices were also much lower than some of their competitors. Great selection of lightly used office furniture. Great prices on most items and have a wide variety of things you didn't know you needed. Very quiet and organized however you do have to maneuver through a maze of office chairs. My only complaint is the walk up all those stairs and around creepy corridors.

They graciously donated to our small, fledgling non-profit loads of high-quality, durable and beautiful furniture for our first office. Best place to buy a high-end used office chair at a great price. But most importantly, the service is excellent if you have any issues come up after your purchase. Highly recommended! A+++

We bought two high end office chairs for less than half the price they would cost if we bought them new. Richard was very helpful and had the chairs cleaned before we took them home. Great quality furniture - you can barely tell they were used.
