I bought a small item but the service I got was personal and of the highest quality. Very helpful and nice people to deal with. Furniture is high quality--good prices and service. Before you buy cheap stuff that won't last, take a look here first, you can get great value at reasonable prices.

I needed a desk chair for my home office, and found Peartree online. I spent 30 minutes there yesterday, "tried on" about six different chairs, and left with the perfect one. The sales guy (cannot remember his name) was very friendly and helpful; I needed an ergonomic chair to support my lower back and he steered me to about 6 chairs across a variety of price points. He was also really patient because my 9 year old daughter was running around and trying out all the chairs as well. I paid about 40% of what the chair would be worth new ($264 on $750). They had Aeron, Steelcase, and a bunch of other brands. The stock ranges from completely new to clearly used, but most of the stock is in excellent condition. I can tell my chair was used before because of some wear on the wheels, but that's it. Otherwise it is in pristine condition. They also had really great reception furniture for a variety of styles. Everything from formal leather club chairs to a funky banquet in a zebra print. I would absolutely go back if I needed something else.

The folks at Peartree Office Furniture are absolutely fantastic. They graciously donated to our small, fledgling non-profit loads of high-quality, durable and beautiful furniture for our first office. We have had several wonderful experiences with Peartree! Richard helped us with both purchases. He was knowledgeable and helped us create a more efficient and space saving configuration for our office. He was extremely patient with us when he came out to the office as we hadn't decided on exactly what we needed. He helped us design a wonderful office configuration & assisted with picking the correct pieces. The prices were also much lower than some of their competitors. We love our new office furniture and loved our experience with Peartree even more!!

After searching Craigslist for a used office chair, I took a chance today and headed to Peartree Office Furniture in Framingham, MA. Located at the top of a warehouse (don't be scared off by the location!), the showroom is packed with high-end used office furniture. I walked around a bit overwhelmed at the high quality of the furniture (priced well for what it was, but I knew I couldn't afford most of it--I'm outfitting a small therapy office just for myself), but it wasn't until I was led to the back room that I knew I had reached office chair heaven! Peartree is currently selling a massive number of chairs at unheard of prices--I picked out an elegant used Knoll chair that was selling for $20!!! Christine was incredibly helpful as I moved through the chairs trying to find one that suited me. I honestly left wishing I could have spent more money with them. It was because of their service (and selection) that I'm writing my first Yelp review. I hope others will discover them and choose to buy "recycled" rather than new office furniture! It is well worth the visit!
