He was knowledgeable and helped us create a more efficient and space saving configuration for our office. He was extremely patient with us when he came out to the office as we hadn't decided on exactly what we needed. We bought two high end office chairs for less than half the price they would cost if we bought them new. Richard was very helpful and had the chairs cleaned before we took them home. Great quality furniture - you can barely tell they were used.
